ORDERS & SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Delivery

As a marketplace platform, Doufee facilitates transactions between customers and independent brands. Order processing times and shipping methods may vary depending on the brand fulfilling your purchase. While most orders are processed within 2-7 business days, processing and shipping times may be extended during peak periods such as new product launches, holidays, or promotions.

Once an order is placed, modifications to the shipping address or selected shipping method cannot be made. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring successful delivery.

Shipping Within the United States

  • Full-price purchases may qualify for complimentary ground shipping, with estimated delivery within 4-7 business days after the order is processed.
  • Shipping fees for other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be upgraded to air delivery at no additional charge.
  • Orders cannot be combined for shipment, and delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties and taxes are included in the total price at checkout, ensuring no additional fees upon delivery.
  • International orders are shipped via express courier services, with an estimated 4-5 business days for processing before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, delivery methods cannot be changed.

Undeliverable, Returned, or Abandoned Shipments

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or phone number, it may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  • If delivery attempts fail, the package may be held at a local facility. If uncollected, it will be returned, and all related costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • For international orders, refused shipments will be returned at the customer’s expense, including shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  • If a package remains at customs for more than 30 days, it will be considered abandoned, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, customers should:

  1. Take clear photos of the condition before opening.
  2. File a claim with the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact the brand directly or reach out to Doufee customer support for assistance in resolving the issue.

Each brand on the Doufee marketplace is responsible for its own order fulfillment, shipping policies, returns, and customer service inquiries. Customers should refer to individual brand policies for additional details.
